The main building is a converted Sikh Community Church which is currently home to 14 individuals, each with their own bedroom and shared kitchen and living area. The home has a resident manager and is rented to men exiting homelessness.

The south side of the property is composed of 7 modular/tiny homes, Each unit has two-bedrooms and are rented to families exiting homelessness.

All residents receive case management and wrap-around support services in the same manner as our Fruit Valley Terrace community.
