Community Roots Collaborative (C-ROOTS) was formed in 2017. Today it is a group of dedicated community members from all walks of life. We have put our hearts, efforts, and finances on the line in order to make the dream of building affordable tiny homes for our neighbors a reality. The lack of affordable housing has become a health crisis. We feel that in order to achieve a path towards stability and wellness one must have a permanent roof over their head.

We have 3 phases of construction occurring over the next 12 months. We plan to have 21 permanent small homes built and operating by Fall 2021. Our partner’s ideas, support, and awareness help make our work possible.
